Con Review: Arisia 2017

Arisia, New England’s largest, most diverse Sci-Fi & Fantasy Convention was held in Boston on the 13-16 of January at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. East Coast cosplayers, gamers, Sci-Fi aficionados and on-lookers came out in droves to this fan favorite convention that offered something for everyone.
Friendly, full of food, panels, cosplay photography, costuming and con pals, this convention is a breath of fresh air during January’s cold weather. Camaraderie and tons of free con pics brings this event up to a 3.9 thumbs up out of 5.

Four days and nights of sci-fi, comics and need something else to do? Boston holds great restaurants, nearby pubs and a ton of history to walk into, around and through for a break. Boston is known for many things and Arisia is one of the annual events East Coast con-goers look forward to. Get in on the fun and plan a January trip to the North East, it’s worth it!
