Former Power Ranger Ricardo Medina, Jr. has been arrested for murder.  Yesterday Los Angeles County sheriff’s department arrested the former Power Ranger for “fatally stabbing his roommate.” Ricardo Medina Jr. played  Cole Evans, the Red Wild Force Ranger, on the TV series Power Rangers Wild Force, and Dekker on Power Rangers Samurai. According to Anime News Network, on Saturday, Medina Jr. and his roommate got into a fight:

According to the sheriff’s deputies, Sutter had forced his way into Medina’s bedroom, where Medina and his girlfriend were, during the altercation Saturday afternon. Medina then allegedly stabbed Sutter once in the abdomen with a sword he kept next to the door.

Apparently Medina called 911 and waited for the cops immediately. Upon arrival the police  arrested Medina. Joshua Sutter was rushed to the hospital , but later died from his stab wound. Medina’s bail has been set at one million dollars.

Gar Lester, Medina’s former agent told ABC:

“He is a great friend and a great client. It’s something I can’t even conceive. I don’t see that in him. He was a very helpful guy and great with his dog. It’s such a shock.”
