Static Shock To Get Live Action Adaptation

Reginald Hudlin( Writer/producer/director)  is set to lead the creative team behind a for the live-action adaptation of Static Shock. Static Shock features Virgil Ovid Hawkins, aka the hero Static. The show will be based on the classic comic Static, which was created by Dwayne McDuffie and Robert L. Washington III and inked by artist John Paul Leon. The movie will also be done in collaboration with Denys Cowan  (producer for the original Static Shock animated series). We can not wait to see how this comes out.
