X-Men Comic Lets Fans Choose the Final Member

Marvel’s “X-Men” comics have undergone a major shift in the status quo, ever since Jonathan Hickman moved them to Krakoa with the “House of X” and “Powers of X” comics in 2019. Yet in all that time, while we’ve had teams like X-Force, X-Factor, and Excalibur, there hasn’t been an official X-Men team even in the main “X-Men” book.

Well, that’s about to change, and Marvel is giving fans the chance to choose a member of the team. While most of the members have been selected, there is one slot remaining, and Marvel is letting readers vote on who will fill that spot.

• Banshee
• Boom-Boom
• Cannonball
• Forge
• Marrow
• Polaris
• Strong Guy
• Sunspot
• Tempo

Don’t see your favorite on the list? That’s no guarantee they won’t be on the team – this is just to choose the final member, while the others haven’t been announced (with the obvious exception of Cyclops and Jean Grey, who turned down seats at the Quiet Council to lead the team in the aftermath of “X of Swords”).
