GUEST Con Review: NWI Comic Con

NWI Comic Con happened again for the third year in Sherville, IN with over 4,000 attendees! Brian and Kelly Grabinski ran an amazing event on February 20th at The Halls of St George in Sherville, IN. Incredible artists, vendors, photographers and friendly staff and attendees enjoyed panels, contests and great food. NWI Comic Con is a great convention with a home town feel!

NWI’s multiple costume contests were full and the cosplay judges were impressive local cosplayers in the  community! Luis Marquez, better known as Barf from Spaceballs when he cosplays, was a great MC, ran a long conga line through the con, entertained the crowd and made sure everyone had fun!

CosAwesome StudiosCosTacular StudiosGeeks-A-GogoSouth Shore Ghostbusters, Costumers With A Cause and PopCultHQ brought great cosplays and thoroughly enjoyed the event.

NWI Comic Con has some of the most reasonable entrance fees, fantastic cosplay support, a very accessible location, and available con floor photographers. If you happen to be in the Indiana/Illinois/Michigan corners neck of the woods next February, check this convention out, it’ll be good times!
