GUEST Con Review: Wizard World New Orleans

Wizard World New Orleans was a sixth year success with high attendance, great guests and celebrities, amazing panels and cosplay galore on the convention floor. Mardi Gras is around the corner and everyone was ready to start getting in the mood by wearing superhero costumes, gaming armor, villainous evil cosplays and tons of roller skating costumes! Two Dazzlers led the way with funky music and a blast into the past as they rolled into the convention center and kept the crowd alive with the local Big Easy Roller Derby Girls!

Anime, comics, gaming, horror, movie and TV genres were represented in costume and they all looked phenomenal. Costuming was at a 4 out of 5, with the convention ranking high for weather, space, accommodations for specific interests, panels and relevant celebrity guests. Chris Evans was there so fans were uber excited and eager to just sneak a peek at him. BTW, he was every bit as handsome in reals as he is on screen.

Wizard World did an amazing job of working with attendees desires, artist alley and guests for fans. Glad to see suggestions have been listened to and adjustments have been made. Wizard World is making great strides to ensure their loyal and dedicated fans are attended to and feel their needs are being accommodated. On a side note, the Louisiana food is so incredibly delicious, you can’t help but smile, have fun and leave with a huge grin of satisfaction!
