A lot of people have been wondering what exactly The Thing would look like in Josh Trank‘s Fantastic Four. Well, here it is! We got a brief glimpse of him in the teaser trailer, but this is the first official photo, and the character looks great! The creative team really nailed the look of of the character, and it will be cool to actually see him in action.

Empire released the photo along with two others that you can check out below. One of them features Miles Teller‘s Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic testing out some of his new stretching abilities, and the other one shows the team exploring what seems to be another planet.

The movie also stars Kate Mara as Sue Storm/the Invisible Woman, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, and Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/Thing. The film hits theaters on August 7th. What do you think of The Thing’s look in the movie?
